South Indian defence ecosystem: The South Indian Defence Suppliers and Startup Association was established as a section 8 non -profit company by the winners of the Defence India Startups Challenge (IDEX) in Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and AndhraPradesh. We work in tandem with the Major Industrial Association of TamilNadu.Most of our Idexwinners are nearly finished with their ideas and ready for mass production.
Established as a Section 8 non-profit company, SIDA was founded by the winners of the Defence India Startups Challenge (IDEX) across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. We represent a collective of innovators who have transitioned fromdisruptive ideas to mission-ready production.
Most IDEX winners in our cluster are entering stages of full-scale production readiness for the Indian Armed Forces.
